Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to all course enrolments and subscription purchases made on microwise.in, operated by VETRIONE TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED.
1. General Principle
Microwise is committed to delivering a high-quality learning experience. If you are not satisfied with a course, we offer a structured refund window as described below. Beyond this window, all enrolments are non-refundable.
2. Refund Window — Self-Paced Courses
Refund requests raised within 7 days of enrolment and where less than 20% of the course content has been accessed are eligible for a full refund
Refund requests raised after 7 days of enrolment, or where more than 20% of course content has been accessed, are not eligible for a refund
This policy applies to all self-paced, on-demand courses on the platform
3. Live and Cohort-Based Programmes
Cancellations requested more than 7 days before the programme start date: full refund
Cancellations requested between 3 and 7 days before the start date: 50% refund
Cancellations requested less than 3 days before the start date or after the programme has commenced: no refund
4. Subscription Plans
Subscription fees are non-refundable once the subscription period has been activated
If a subscription is purchased but access is completely unavailable due to a verified platform failure, a pro-rata refund for the affected period may be considered
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Courses where the 7-day window has elapsed or more than 20% of content has been accessed
Certificates already issued
Courses purchased under promotional or deeply discounted pricing unless stated otherwise
Account terminations due to Terms violations
6. How to Request a Refund
Write to support@microwise.in with the subject line "Refund Request — Microwise". Include your registered email, course name, order ID, and reason for the request. Our team will acknowledge within 24 hours and communicate a decision within 5 to 7 working days.
7. Processing
Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days, subject to bank or payment gateway processing timelines.
