1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Microwise, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

2. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use Microwise. Users under 18 require parental consent.

3. Purchases & Payments

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes. Payment must be made through our approved payment gateways. Access to purchased content is granted immediately upon successful payment, subject to verification.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on Microwise including mock tests, AI explanations, videos, and materials is owned by Microwise or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Sharing account credentials or allowing others to use your account.
• Copying, scraping, or redistributing platform content.
• Attempting to bypass security measures or access restricted areas.
• Using the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Harassing, abusing, or disrespecting teachers or other users.

6. Teacher Calls

Teachers on Microwise are independent contractors. Microwise facilitates bookings but is not liable for the quality of individual teaching sessions beyond our verification process. All calls are recorded for quality and safety purposes.

7. AI Tutor

The AI tutor provides educational assistance based on available data. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated explanations should be verified against standard textbooks and official sources. The AI tutor is a supplemental tool, not a replacement for professional instruction.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or prolonged inactivity. Upon termination, your access to purchased content may be revoked without refund, except where required by our Refund Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

Microwise is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the 12 months preceding the incident.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
