1. Platform Overview

Microwise is an online Learning Management System (LMS) offering self-paced and instructor-led courses across multiple disciplines. The platform is operated by VETRIONE TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED and is designed to serve individual learners, working professionals, and students seeking to upskill, reskill, or pursue new areas of knowledge.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to create a Microwise account

Learners below 18 must have the consent of a parent or guardian

You must provide accurate registration information

Corporate or institutional accounts must be created by an authorised representative

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials

Your account is personal and non-transferable; sharing account access with others is strictly prohibited

Each user is permitted one registered account; duplicate accounts are not permitted

Report any suspected unauthorised access to your account immediately at support@microwise.in

4. Course Enrolment and Access

Course access is granted upon successful payment of the applicable fee

Access duration for each course is specified on the course page at the time of enrolment; Microwise reserves the right to modify access periods with prior notice

Microwise reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue any course or its content at any time; we will provide reasonable notice where significant changes are made

Course content including videos, notes, and assessments is provided for the personal educational use of the enrolled learner only

5. Intellectual Property

All course content on Microwise — including video lectures, study materials, assessments, graphics, and platform design — is the intellectual property of VETRIONE TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED or the respective course instructor and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not:

Download, record, reproduce, or redistribute course content in any form

Share login credentials to provide others with access to paid content

Use course content for commercial purposes without prior written consent

Remove or obscure any copyright or proprietary notices from course materials

6. Certificates

Microwise issues course completion certificates to learners who successfully meet the assessment and completion requirements of a course. The following terms apply:

Certificates are issued in the name of the registered account holder

Certificates are digital documents and are not government-issued qualifications unless explicitly stated

Microwise does not represent that certificates will be accepted by any specific employer, institution, or regulatory body

Fraudulent completion of assessments will result in immediate certificate revocation and account termination

7. Pricing and Subscription

Course fees are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable GST

Microwise may offer subscription plans providing access to multiple courses; subscription terms are as displayed at the time of purchase

Pricing is subject to change; fees displayed at the time of enrolment are binding

Promotional discounts and offers are time-limited and subject to stated terms

8. User Conduct

Users of Microwise agree not to:

Post or share defamatory, abusive, or inappropriate content in course forums or discussion areas

Plagiarise assignments or submit work that is not their own

Attempt to access, copy, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform

Use the platform for any commercial purpose without authorisation

Engage in any activity that disrupts the learning experience of other users

9. Instructor Content

Courses on Microwise are created by independent subject matter experts and verified instructors. While Microwise reviews instructor credentials and course quality before publication, it does not guarantee that course content reflects the most current industry standards or will produce any specific career outcome. Learners are encouraged to verify the applicability of skills acquired to their specific professional context.

10. Limitation of Liability

VETRIONE TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Microwise, including any loss arising from reliance on course content, failure to obtain a certificate, or career outcomes following course completion. Our liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount paid for the specific course enrolment in question.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indian law. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
