We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all one-time course purchases. If you are not satisfied with the course content, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have attempted fewer than 2 mock tests in that course. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
You may cancel your monthly plan at any time. Cancellation stops auto-renewal at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not offer partial refunds for unused days within the current cycle, but you retain full access until the cycle ends.
The All-Access plan follows the same cancellation policy as other monthly plans. Cancel anytime to stop renewal. No partial refunds for the current month.
Credits purchased for the AI tutor or teacher calls are non-refundable once used. Unused credits in your account may be refunded within 14 days of purchase if no credits have been spent. Refund requests after 14 days or after partial usage are not eligible.
You may cancel a booked teacher call and receive a full refund if the cancellation is made more than 24 hours before the scheduled slot. Cancellations within 24 hours are not eligible for a refund. If a teacher cancels, you receive an automatic full refund within 24 hours.
If you do not join a booked teacher call within 10 minutes of the scheduled start time, it is considered a no-show and is not eligible for refund. Teachers are compensated for their reserved time.
If a mock test, AI tutor session, or teacher call fails due to a platform-side technical issue, contact support within 48 hours. We will investigate and either restore access or issue a refund at our discretion.
